The Hospitaller Department had its first Strategy Meeting at the Oriental Club, London. Plans for the way forward in the peer review of grant applications, the role of Healing in the Hospice environment, training for Quietus Counselling, and future interactions of local Commanderies with their local Hospices were formulated.

THE DECORATION, PROMOTION AND INVESTITURE OF KNIGHTS, DAMES AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE ORDER, September 26th 2009. A new Knight of Grace, Service Crosses, the investiture of new Postulants to name but a few, this was a a packed schedule accompanied by the Tenebrae Choir and the organ and trumpets of the Priory Church of Saint Bartholomew the Great.
